Well, writing this review after officially certifying myself as 'A Highly Frustrated Customer'.


Reliance..... This word in itself means fraud for me now..... This company is just there to get out pure and maximum business, no matter what a customer faces after the deal is done.


I purchased a Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ data card in the month of April '09. I was given an absolute commitment from the Reliance Sales Executive that the connection will work fine in the place where I was living .


From the very first day of use I found out that the signal level is not coming proper so again and again it keeps on disconnecting & reconnecting. Set aside the 3.1 Mbps HSD speed that the company is barking out loud to be India’s fastest on the go internet connection I was no even getting the speeds of a normal data card. In simple words I WAS UNABLE TO USE INTERNET FROM MY HOME and paying the monthly rent without any reason.


Now here goes the actual stuff... To make Reliance Customer Care understand this problem you waste a good 20-30 odd minutes on phone and the end result is zero. They just don’t want to understand your problem... So you decide to write a mail to them putting every single detail about what actually you are facing. A reply comes from their side asking all the faaltu questions which have nothing to do with problem you might be facing. No one attempts to call from their side to understand your problem and provide some resolution; instead you'll get repeated calls at the end of your billing cycle for payments...


I still made payments till last month in hope that something might change with this company and my problem shall get sorted out but all in vein.... But after 3 months of continuous chain mails from my end and their useless replies one fine morning I receive a mail form the customer care stating that HSD coverage is not provided by Reliance at the place I stay…. HATS OFF to their honesty !!! Now can someone get me my monet, time and energy back that I have suffered with this connection.. ?


Need I write anything more… I guess that’s just perfect…


Latest Update : Even after all this when I did not pay current month rental, Reliance sent a local recovery agaent to my home (Not even a Reliance Employee) instead of any technical support person who could have solved my problem...
