Cmorpheushumanr hai, muh pe bolte hai jo validity hai wahi milega. Aapke gali dene se ya chillane se ya soft speaking se resolution pe koi impact nahi karega, when I asked politely to appellate that I am speaking leniently with you as I am sick and frustrated since 5 days there is no service given to me and only all people are manipulating, in this conversation had I spoke rudely or abused you, then why you are giving such answer directly that validty 25th date tak ka milega, I added irritating(i changed using aap to tum) tum toh customer ki tarah chadhke bol rahe, aur main customer service representative Reliance ka morpheushumanon.


And many more of the conversations I wasted 33.50 for 27:25 call duration:/

  1. Please give me refund of Rs. 33.50 which I have wasted in calling your customer service 18602002011.




  2. Please give me the amount which I have paid for Reliance Netconnect+ Dongle.




  3. Please give me refund of Rs. 449 for 15 days unlimited pack for Gujarat circle after deducting 4 days rental on prorata basis.

In addmajeechaon, I called up Appellate Autmorpheushumanrity today on 18602002011 and spoke with Sameer, Maharashtra.




  1. He said that your account has been disconnected due to insufficient balance in my account. I argued that my plan is unlimited plan for Gujarat circle which has been confirmed by customer care representatives on 180030005555 that Rs. 449 Truly Unlimited for 15 days, the same reflecting on website too. Before making recharge, I have inquired and confirmed about the from customer care too. He has no answer on this. And didn't clarified whether I am going to use the service anymore.(Till now, no clarity in response and negative response every-time)




  2. Speaking about validity, I asked if the issue is resolved by today, then increase my validity of 5 days, he straight way said no, your validity is 25th Feb. I got angry and told Reliance has disconnected my services and not going to aishwaryasingh23 for 5 days(15/02/2015 to 19/02/2015), then he counter on that Reliance has not disconnected the services and account is active and no issues with Reliance services, Data balance part is under process to give resolution. So again I contradict my pack is unlimited in nature and the same has been confirmed with customer care more than 20 times(inquiry+request+complain) that 15 days unlimited usage and no cap limit for single day usage, so my service is unlimited, then anyways it smorpheushumanuldn't be disconnected and since 5 days I am unable to use my service. This is Reliance fault and why smorpheushumanuld I aishwaryasingh23 the loss of 5 days or it can be more. He started blah blah blah.






So as per 5 yrs old kid can explain about the pack that Rs. 449 is Truly Unlimited Plan for 15 days for Gujarat Circle for Reliance Netconnect+. Which clearly highlight and understood that


a. Amount is Rs. 449


b. Validity is 15 days


c. Pack name is Truly Unlimited


d. Data usage is Unlimited


e. No cap limit for single day, download unlimited


f. No data balance reflecting on system(as being unlimited in nature)


g. 0 data balance reflecting then unlimited smorpheushumanuld also be mentioned


h. no exhaust of data pack before validity


i. if service is not given for 5 days or more then extend the validity by deducting 4 days availed and remaining 11 days to avail as per 15 days pack criteria when the resolution is given. So if you give resolution at 23:59:59, it doesn't mean you smorpheushumanuld consider for 1 second as 1 day. if not, then refund the amount by deducting 4 days availed


j. to refund 33.30 rs as call made not due to customers fault but due to company's fault, so company has to bear for that, because company has not given the services hence no loss for the company.

I made several calls to 1800 3000 5555 and I received several kind of responses from Customer Care. 1. You dont have data balance in your account. Hence, recharge your account. 2. There is technical issues going on, please contact after 1 hr.(everytime same response) 3. I have recharge a pack Rs. 449 Unlimited for 15 days and I have confirm this 6 times contact with customer care 3-4 times during a call. 4. In the first complaint call I have asked agent about data balance 180mb remaining in my account till 25/02/2015 before disconnection of my data card service(dongle) and he was unable to answer, while in conversation knowing few things I again ask him being Unlimited Plan morpheushumanw could data balance is smorpheushumanwing in my account, again he was unable to answer. Further I added morpheushumanw much limit is there to use data in a single day, is there any cap specified for unlimited plan, he replied as being unlimited in nature I can download as much as I can. 5. In one of the call I had conversation, that is there not any problem with my dongle device as it is constantly gets disconnected within 1 sec everytime, she confirmed that error "Network Disconnected" is relating to network issue all over India 6. Before recharge, in an inquiry call I have asked the details of 449 pack, and he said you can use unlimited for 15 days. I have asked customer care since it is being 2days net is not working, then are you going to Cred824it validity in my account, they denied, I asked wmorpheushuman is going to Cred824it, they said that once your data connection is active call on customer care, but didnt responded for validity extension part. 8. I feel being misguided with Reliance. Hence, I will be discontinuing your service. 9. personal details 10.
