I purchased Reliance Netconnect+ 4 years back from Vapi, Gujarat and initially found the speed to be good and downloads faster. But after about 1.5 yrs the speed started deteriorating. There are many issues related to the service:
Speed snail slow and frequently disconnected when needed the most.
Even network problem in the heart of the city, ( Bull shit)
Non supportive customer care
Fluctuating signals: Initially when connected network shows full signal in hybrid mode but keeps frequently fluctuating in High Speed 1X mode and hybrid. Hence the speed varies for the downloads.
For important transactions( Banking) I use Tata Docomo 3G which is comparatively more fast and reliable.
