I am neither positive nor negative on Reliance Net Connect. I used Reliance 6 months back. I was satisfied with service somewhat.
Reliance provides you USB dongle which you can connect to wifi router or laptop to use. Speed is very good in comparison to what you will get from MTNL. You can chose prepaid or postpaid plan according to your use. In each option, you can chose plan according to your usage as higher the usage, more will be price.
I got problem many a times as it was not connecting to internet, but I got proper solution by customer care, it was not instant. Here it makes the difference.
Customer care service is good but not the best. Charges are very competitive. No high charges. Speed is good according to plan you subscribed to. No additional software needed. Just Plug & play.I will give neutral rating.
