I bought the Netconnect+ in August-2014. Purchased in about 1500 Rs with 10 GB free data on 3.1 mbps speed for 1 month validity. My Area is Pune-Kondhwa. I always have 90%+ signal strength. Initially for first few weeks I was getting speed about 70-80 KBPS(which is about 0.8 mbps) which was ok for me, therefore I upgraded the plan to have 45 GB in 3000 RS with 6 months validity with same speed 3.1 mbps claimed by the Reliance. However after 4-5 week the speed dropped to 20-30 KBPS(now it is Oct-2014, my signal strength is still same 90%+) and hardly going beyond 20-30 KBPS.
I have not called so far to customer care, since all reviews says the customer care is also pathetic, as well as seems they give good speed for first few days / weeks only. So never go for longer validity with Reliance. I will shift back to Vodafone 3G only which is little costly but very reliable in terms of availability and constant high speed.
FYI. I used 3G almost all of the ISPs and as per my experience there is no challenge to Vodafone 3G.
