On 17th I requested to disconnect my Post paid connection on Cochin Reliance Web World due to net connection performance in home. At that time I gave full pending amount+ 7 days extra. At that time they said don’t use the net connection on next 7 days. After 10 days I got a bill and that bill saying my post paid connection is still valid [not closed yet]. Now I am paying 12 day extra change for without using.
I contacted to Web World and they send mail regarding this and it disconnected after 12 days.
