Reliance Netconnect is one of the popular Broadband service from Reliance Communication.Reliance Netconnect this is nothing but the thing that will us gives only and only headache and problems that we do not expect from them.
I have used this broadband for more than a year and I', writing this on the basis of that.
Initially they gave me many offers and because of that I chose reliance connection over others.
Initially the speed was also good and the customer service was also very good but by day by day the service was becoming headache as they stop resolving problems, the speed was also not good and the main factor is the connection was not unlimited and still they were charging me more than 800rs monthly.
So there were no point to stay with this connection.
When I filed a cancel my connection request then they gave me offers and assure that you will not face any problems now so I decided to say and try but the result were the same.
Whenever I was needed internet connection that time the connection was not present and even after complain they were not looking in the matter.
The speed was also bad after some 4-5month of use.
I never saw a speed was more than 128kbps and my plan was 512kbps and I was not mistaken about KBps and kbps.
The overall experience with this service was bad.I changed my connection with some local cable internet connection and now I'm happy with this connection as this is very cheap in price and connection speed is also very good and connection never drops.
Reliance Netconnect is not recommended for anyone.
Please don't use it.Prefer some local cable internet provider or at least other ISP but don't buy Reliance Netconnect.
