Reliance Netconnect is one of the popular Broadband service from Reliance Communication. As I am user of this past 1 year back and later cancelled it. The reason why I cancelled it because I was paying monthly 700 rupees as it was limited plan. And they told me that I will get speed upto 500kbps. When I installed it I got very good speed and connection was always proper and even customer care representatives always active with their service.
But day by day they charged more for the broadband and even sometime when we are in emergency there internet not works or very low speed. And at last I was getting maximum 60kbps and I was paying 900 rupees. When I say about customer care they simply register the complaint and resolve it. And our Wifi always blinking as I was thinking some other person using it. Overall I really had a bad experience with broadband service.
