Unjustified debits to ledger by Reliance Money . Review on Reliance Money

I am a reliance money on line trading user and I am suffering financial loss of Rs.2500/- which has been debited my ledger by reliance money net trading software and eventhough the complait has been registered more than 10 days back they are neither resolving  the issue nor refunding the money debited from my ledger account.

The software works like this. They are having a link for limit card. On accessing the limit card, the user is not given any proper guidance on the portal and when the user submits selecting the limit card his ledger is debited with selected amount without even asking for confirmationfrom the user which is highly injustified.

It is surprising that it takes less than a second for debiting my ledger and for refunding the debited amount there is no time limit at all.  It is astonishing that a company with such a reputation harasses common man financially to such an extent.  Inspite of repeated reminders over phone and email, the customer care executive simply goes on saying that their technical team is working on it and the problem will be resolved. They are not even having courtesy to write one line reply for my email also about confirmation for refunding the amount debited from my ledger.  I am really disappointed with the reliance money service and suffering financially too.
