It is quite concern to note that reliance money is not updating the ledger balance now and then. Further the limit card updatiion is not done periodically. I wonder why such a thing is happening from a well established anil Ambani group company. There are no details of email address of top officials to contact in the website . Let Mr Sudip ceo and Anil Ambani look into the matter immediately and solve the investor grievances. Instant credit into the bank account is not available.
Only they have tie up with axis bank for zero balance account why not hdfc and icici and others. The portfoio section has not been updated so far. The call centre takes more time to answer to the investor queries. There should be time bound limit to sort out the grievances. But it takes more than months to solve the issues pending. Site need to improve a lot
