I have never seen a worst network connection like reliance huge call drops and network congestionI never get connected my call to my loved once at first instance of calling them after dialing couple of time then I get anybody on call its like if someday I have emergency then I might be helpless using reliance connectionthey have huge call congestion when ever I am in call no clarity of voice and some unwanted voice always in background.
God knows what sound it is very annoying and irritatingand when I call customer care its like I need extra spare of time on that day I had to take off from my work in order to get them in call at 1st instance which is very disturbing for me bucz after following long IVR process they put you in hold saying the customer care are busy attending another call and you in queue please wait another 5 min and this whole process I have to repeat whole dayand more over they have deducted my balance couple of time which I stooped after making couple of complains to themYou can see the network bar is so low here in the pic
