On 15/03/17 I got call from number 1401407104 on my mobile number 7498189779 about dreamy girl service. IVR asked me to press 1 for activation but I hung up the call but next moment I got sms that dreamy girl service has been activated and balance has been deducted from my account. I am surprised with my consent the service has been activate. Reliance is such a reputed company and this incident totally surprised me. I called customer service twice but my call was disconnected when I was holding the line to speak customer service. On the same day I marked a mail to customer service(customercare@relianceada.com) and appellate authority
(Rcomappellateauthority.mumbai@relianceada.com) but still didn't get any response from them.
