I am very old customer of RCOM(Since the days of DAPO, remember KARLO DUNIYA MUTTHI MEIN ad campaing)

Till now I was happy with their services because of coverage, quality of network and tariff offered. But since last few months its becoming robber and robing its customers without their knowledge.

Recently Airtel took initiative to reduce STD tariff and was followed by all GSM operators almost immediately.

However, great reliance took more than months to reduce their tariff, still they have not offered best tariff, they have just reduced tariff a bit.

But to the horror of most reliance users, from 9th July, 2008, browsing charges on reliance mobile has increased by about 1000% and surprisingly, no user is informed about it.

*Do you want to know how much you will be charged to download or browse 1 GB of data?(BSNL charge Rs. 250 for 1 GB of data in their broad band plan, other operators too charge about the same or may be Rs. 100 here orĀ  there)

Reliance charges WHOOPING ABOUT Rs. 105000 per GB, I mean it, RUPEES ONE LAKH FIVE THOUSAND ONLY per GB(1024 MB, 1 MB= 1024 KB, Charges Rs. 1 / 10 KB)

I know many of you might not believe me because we are living in a country where mobile telecommunication is cheapest in the world, then read here
