I have a prepaid GSM no of reliance which is very bad network.
Reliance service provider is the most UN-ethical one I have seen. It suddenly activated some service on 3rd or 4th May 2012 and deducted Rs 49 from my balance. When I called up on 4th May 2012 to complaint against it, a request was registered with number : 178583124. I got a message on 6th May 2012 that Rs49 has been waived off and refunded to my account. But it never reflected in my per-paid balance. I again registered a complaint on 6th May 2012 and a new request was created for the same with the request number 178736841. Again today is 9th May 2012 and nothing has happened.I received a message saying the request has been resolved.
When I called their customer care today i.e. on 9th May 2012, I was told that "our system shows your request status as amount refunded". When I told I didn’t receive any amount and I asked them to check the balance in my account, they are not even ready to check my account balance. They are just sticking to the point that "request status shows amount is refunded". They are saying funny things like "we can check the status only for last 3 days nothing regarding what happened before that".
They are not willing to even check my balance in their system and are just sticking to the point that since 3 days have passed nothing can be done. So I am assuming they just try to play smart with customers. For the 1st 3-4 days they will say different things to customer and after 3-4 days they say that they can’t check things because 3 days have passed.
