Really bad service. Review on Reliance Mobile Operator

As all of us are using mobile so do I.

I chose reliance as my network service provider as I heard from many of the peoples that it is very cheap and very good.

and first time reliance provided 1gb 3g internet service in the price of 2g.

so I opt in for reliance.

As I expected the rates were low and cheap.

I was happy that I chose this as network provider.

But frankly speaking this was a trap.

When I went to collect information about new sim connection that time they told me 50 rs only needed for new connection so I took every documents from home and went to service center and submitted all documents, collect sim card and now they were asking for 200rs as a starting top up recharge, I told them I don't want to do that but they said you have to do it otherwise your sim will not be activated.

I asked them to cancel my request and give me my 50rs which I had paid for sim, but they refused and said you opened the sim package and we can't give you money.

They cheated me about the money, although I paid full amount and I got only 100rs balance as they took 200rs from me.I let it go.

The another problem which not only me but also many of the customers were facing that reliance randomly deduct balance from our main account by activating some random plans.

and each time I have to tell them to stop that plan and still they never repay my money.

I searched on internet about this and I found many customers are facing exactly same problem.after 3 months I changed my provider via portability.

Even now if you search on web you will definitely find many customers facing this issue.this is not new problem which is going on with reliance customers.

Reliance are cheaters and they are looting customers please think before choosing this service.
