I have been a user of reliance mobile network for a year now I quit it and is using Airtel because of the genuine troubles that I faced while using reliance.
I like to travel a lot and I faced range issues most of the places I went.they also deduct money from you for no particular reason sometimes. They even took away my one-month data pack within a week telling that it is expired.
And when I tried to talk to customer care they put me on hold for so much time and at last, I got tired and let it go. I would tell everyone to think twice before choosing this operator, they will really test your patience in all means.
