I don't have much time to write detailed article on reliance. would like to note few points for people who would like to go for new phone and thinking of Reliance Mobile.
Technology (CDMA) : The best
Voice Quality: The Best
Internet Connectivity: So-so.
Customer Service (On call): They just read what they have infront.. Don't expect any help there..
Customer Service (WebWorld): If you want to resolve any issue. You have to spend first 1/2 hr in interrogation from them, which is not at all required. All reliance webworld staff have been properly trained to be rude to customer. They doesn’t have proper insurance policy. The offer given by reliance are HIDDEN and once you start using phone, they start charging hidden fees. There server goes down very often due to which they not only able to serve customer but also sometime we can not send SMS and make calls.. last time the SMS Service was down for more than 45 days.. where they always use to quote time of 48 hrs to resolve the issue.
They are prompt – if you failed to pay bill on time.. your phone would be disconnected within 24 hrs.
People will high/low BP problem are not recommended to use Reliance service.
I have 4 reliance phones (me, brother, father, home) which I am terminating as soon as I updated new numbers to people.
If you want peace of mind I suggest “say no to reliance”
