Recently, I have changed from reliance CDMA to GSM. December 12th I have recharged for 30rs. From that day onwards i'm facing so many problems from reliance. Daily reliance care people are activating some waived service and deducting the money from my account. When I called and asking why it was deducted ? simply they told that sorry for that we will refund your money back. Like this happened daily for 4 days. After 5 days they started again activating the caller tune service and deducting the money. 23rd When I asked them regarding this they will de-active this caller tune within 24hrs. But, again they started deducting the money.And thay are speaking very ridiculously and careless. This is not the way to speak with customers. And network also too worst.
First of all I want to make a not of this. I'm using that is my number or reliance care number. What ever they want they are activating that service and deducting the money from my account. We are not here to pay for useless service providers.
Because of this I'm unable to make calls to STD. I need someone to resolve this as soon as possible.
