Hiiii,
I am Tony from new delhi, I have read your article in mouthshut.com it was really nice and true also. because I am also suffring from Reliance fever.
I have purchased a reliance mob. in july 24th. After 2 days I called the customer care to know the amount of my bill. It was 100 something. after 2 days I again called up and it was 600 something. I lodged a compliant that what the hell is this neither I am making so many calls nor I have any std option. or anything. How can my bill so much.
khair after 3 days I again called up it was 1000 something, I again lodged a compliant..khair koi farak nahin pada relaice walon ko.
After few days I got a bill of rs. 1500 something. I called the customer care a told that this bill is worng they said ''sir we have noticed your complain '' and we will get back to you in 24 hours. It will also be updated in 48 hours.
I was really fed up of these rubish cell. After few days they started calling me sir when you are going to pay the bills. I told them that the bill is wrong and I have lodged the compliants also. But never mind you just send me the outgoing no. details and I will pay the bill.
They said we are not able to send the details.. Can I ask why >>>>????
They can't because either they dont have the provision in their software or they cant/..
Now after few months I surrendered my phone, and they keep sending me the bills .. Now the amount is 14900.00 is it so funny..???
