I have ben using reliance GSM sim in west bengal since last 5 years but last month only I did a MNP to another cellular service provider.
Reliance used to have one of the best networks when initilally in 2010 in brougt the sim.But slowly the service declined.They were unable to handel the large customer base they got.They call centre people was worst.If you call you will only get a chance only after 5 mins of hold.
Network become worst.One moment I am talking in phone the next moment the call gets disconnected due to bad connections.
The call rates are attractive but if we dobt havr a good network then what is the use of good call rates.Take vodafone for example their call rates are expensive as compared to other network but people prefers vodafone because their network is very good.
The only reason I wasnt changing my no was because it didnt want to change my cell number but atlast I lost my patience and did a MNP.
If you opt for CDMA service of reliance then go for it but if you want to go for GSM service think twice.
