The most irritating network I have ever since previously it has good reputation but now I am troubling a lot with them and after that I decided to give it up. Their customer support does not take call and all time it seems line busy.
Sometimes it deduct money from my account unnecessarily and I have to leave those money as I can not make connection with them .
Even after asking them on their Facebook page I did not receive any reply from them
I Can not make recharge on my reliance number with net card of 45 rs but I receive sms from them .
Now about their network they are not good their network get lost even in some city area and their internet speed of 3g is not up to mark .
Now a days they have increase their billing and recharges amount I do not think it will carry its business as previous .
They need lots of hard work to root out this problem permanently.
