I am using reliance gsm for last 6yyrs. Its network is good in mumbai, infact in mumbai network of all the mobile operator is good even if its loop, videocon. I am happy customer as long as I am in mumbai, its offer, call rates are good. One of my fav. offer is rs116 where in I get 100 minutes STD+ local and 175mb 3g net.
There are some issues like they charge 1rs, 5rs, as VAS charges even if we have not used and value added service.
When I move out of mumbai I get really pissed due to its poor network, in ads they show reliance has network in himalaya but reality is they do not have network Outside mumbai.
My hometown is banswara rajasthan and I hardly get network here. They talk of bringing 4G, but thing is here 2G does not run properly and can not make call die to poor network. Even customer care is not good in case they have deducted unnecessary VAS surcharge.
It been a lot of time my 5rs, 10rs are cut unwantedly.I recommend vodafone or airtel sim card to new buyers and never to use reliance.
