Reliance Mobile Operator does not meet with worth services and satisfactions of customers. Reliance Mobile operator have a very poor Network coverage even I am living in urban areas. Then I don't have to tell you how bad it is in villages and any other places. I have took Reliance sim because there is good offer along with reliance sim. But I also want good network coverage and good services from reliance. But Reliance is not able to pay good services. I have stopped using reliance operator now.
Reliance is giving good plans to his customers, first of all I have only plans and I like it. So I just happy, but when I used it I feel where I got stuck. If there I am paying 249 rs for a data plan then reliance should give us good service. If I got 3 Gb then I have an right to use it. But there is only low cost data plan there is no speed of data. And if there is no speed of data then data is not useful for me, even it is 1 gb or 2 gb or 3 gb.
Other thing is that they have deduct many services charge if we don't activate them and when we called them then they say that you have activated that service and you have been charged that amount. But charges is okay but first of all they tell to me that what is the service and where and how to I use it. They send us messages and calls for their unusual service and deduct the charges for that. They are earning by service which is not using by it's customers.
That's why reliance operator is not coverd in good networks. I am living in jhotwara, jaipur of state Rajasthan . But I have never get the good response from the reliance. I will never take the favor of reliance operator. I have already spend Very bad experience with reliance and now I want to tell everyone don't take it.
