Reliance is the biigest open thief, there is no place where they listen to their customer. there biggest revenue model according to me is that, they are playing with indias population, they know even if they cheat people and they stop using their services there are lakhs of other to join and get cheated.
I bought a new reliance phone directly from their CP vijaya building and directly from reliance people sitting, they showed me all mobiles and charged me rs 2500 for a lg set, the guy never gave me a receipt and said it will be sent by courier as it is not a shop and generating a bill takes time. its been 8 months now I have called that number 100 of time and never got the bill. later I came to know that the mobile was just for rs. 1800 in market.
I lodged my complaint at several locations in reliance but nobody is ready to listen to me. and on top of that I coudnt use my mobile and now they have sent me three months rental which I have to forcefully pay. now I have got a letter from their D A consultants company (terrorist and gundas sitting their), they talk to you in a manner that I have done some murder.
my recommendation to all never buy a reliance phone, believe me it will be biggest mistake of your life.
