Reliance Store(Mobz Solution, Bidhannagar) in Kolkata neither processing my MNP request nor refunding my money.
15 days is over .But Reliance, Kolkata did not start processing my MNP request. On 25th June, 2015 I visited Reliance Store( Mobz Solution, CF-211, Sector-1, Bidhannagar, West Bengal 700064)to place a MNP request of my existing IDEA mobile number- 789010xxxx. I wanted to port out my exsiting IDEA number to Reliance GSM. I submitted dully signed form with required KYC.
I was asked to pay Rs 100 . As I remember, as per TRAI norms Rs 20 should be collected for MNP charge. But Reliance Store authority told me that as per Reliance norms, it is Rs 100 including First Recharge Voucher. I wanted to pay recharge amount after activation of my number. But they told that it is their norms to collect recharge amount along with the MNP charges. However, I had no choice and agreed to their terms. Now 7 days is over, my MNP request is not processed by Reliance . I neither got any processing message nor any rejection intimation.
As I did not get any intimation from Reliance that they have started processing the MNP request. Everyday I contacted Reliance Store from 29th June .Every time I was told that they have processed the request and I will get the intimation within an hour. I did not get any MNP processing intimation till date and now 7 days are over. So, it is very clear that Reliance did not process my MNP request and it is also very clear that THEY ARE NOT GOING TO PROCESS the request either . So, in this way Mobz Solution(Reliance Store) has cheated me and I want my money back. Please look into this malpractice of your store . I also contacted Appellate Authority of Kolkata Reliance vide complaint number-DWML15294568. But no help from Appellate Authority also.
