I got ported from Airtel to Reliance network because of free message and cheap call rates.
As Expected it was good, but the network is very poor. More over that the customer service is very very bad.
I will just explain a scenario here where I have experience worst experience with Reliance Customer Service. I have recharged for Whats App unlimited plan, even though I was having internet pack.
But within 2 days I came to know that instead free Whats App my internet MB was going. So, I called to customer care after waiting for 45 mins waiting and explained the same. They gave me a goili that don't download anything, only texting is free.
Ok I agreed and observed, for texting also they are deducting from my internet balance. They took complaint and told they will get back to me. After 2 days they closed the request without any resolution!. Then I called again( 45 minutes) and complained. They took request and closed the request without any resolution!.
Finally, as expected a day has come, my internet balance got over and all my main balance got deducted. Again I called and Spoke to the Customer Care Supervisor, and told them to contact me before closing the request, without resolution don't close it. Again Same thing happened.
I spoke to Customer care within 10 days more than 15 times that to 45 mins to 90 minutes by holding the line for transferring call to Supervisors, managers, technical team, GPRS team ( Harish, Pradeep, Pavan, Vinay( not able to remember few managers name) . But no use.Finally there was no resolution! . I got frustrated and moved to another network.
Guys please don't go to this network by seeing tariff plans.Its very bad and worst customer service and network also poor! *
