Hello friends I m using reliance from the past 11 months and at that time the CDMA service have an attractive plan that is Magic plan in which they offer unlimited calls , sms, internet, roaming on any network u have to only pay sone tax as well as your plan, that was okey but after may they announced for closing the CDMA services and they provided 4G sim instead of that CDMA sim but after closing the CDMA service , there are no response from the customer care for any issues because most of the time network is unavilable but from the past 45 days I m unable to get network in reliance but after calling from another phone they dont give any satisfactory answers and because I have a postpaid plan so they are very Punctual to give my bill on time.really shameless people how they can charge me while I m unable to use this sim from the past 45 days .that is my permanent no and literally I m very much disappointed with their service .don't go for it .
