I have a reliance connection on which I got activated a plan for 770 p/ m my billing cycle was fron 22 to 21 they generate a bill for whole month that comes to around 850 pm and when I recieved my 2nd bill (ist bill wa half a month amounting some 440rs. ) my outgoing was disconnected within 2 days of generating the bill.


Reason being my credit limit being 500. I never understood for a monthly plan of 770 I was given a credit limit of only 500. Dat was still fine if exceed my credit limit in midst of a month I should have been intimated to deposit some securtiy amount. but no such communication was made


My bill as recieved on 22nd dat too informed only by an intimation on my mobile I didnot recieve my bill eithr at my billing address or on mail( since they are ignorant of the fact that email id is in small letters & not caps) still my connection was disconnected on 24th.


I even recieved a call from the service centre asking for the time span I would be giving the bill. the time limit told was not even respected inspite of all things my outgoing was barred leqaving me no contacts within a city I live away from my family.


Then even after giving the bill my connection took almost 24 hours to be reactivated whereas a new connection never takes more than 12 hrs. on contacting the service centre the executives finding themselves helpless transferred to a senoir executive who told me to pay my bill within a n hour of being intimated through the message on my mobile. he was really arrogant and not at all helpful and hung the phone without even solving my queries.


I had a pathetic experience with this connection and thus had to buy an alternate in case same happens all over again. Would advice you to ask for the credit liits before taking any connection from reliance. or go for a prepaid.
