Hi friends.
I have used Reliance CDMA in starting and GSM both. In beginning it has very good network coverage but day by day it became very bad. Internet speed is so poor for that we had to wait for a lot of time for loading any page.
If we talk about its customer service it is too bad, they usually activated automatically any plan without giving any prior information and charged with my mobile balance. If we try to deactivate that plan, that shows your activated plan will be deactivated soon but it was always fake. I contacted to customer care many time but there was same results. Finally I was very disappointed with it and I changed SIM.
There is no good plans from it and always try to loot the customers. Friends I will never suggest you to use this mobile operator because it is opposite to its name( reliance means reliable but there is nothing so).
