This is best operator for lower prices for tariff call plans after bsnl but the only problem is that you cann ot get 3g in every city unlike airtel or other mobile operators so I would not recommend for browsers and for travellers.the good thing is that the gsm network is present almost everywhere but you cannot get wcdma or 3g network in every state.the very best thing about this operator is lower price tariff plans only on calls but not on internet.if you are internet browser and wants pack at lower prices.
I would recommend bsnl.the other annoying thing that 3g is not as other mobile operators 3g.Till now reliance has not established 4g coverage in india and might use another band mhz so all devices would not support reliance 4g
