My name is Raj from Bangalore and I tried to opt for getting a new reliance postpaid connection and I have requested for a sim card through online, where in I got call from their delhi office and I spoke to an agent called mukesh who introduced me as if he is from delivery department.
I dont understand that he doesnt maintain any etiquette and he was talking totally negative to me and even in a state of ordering me. If this is the situation before taking a connection, I believe that it would be worst after I become their user. So I strongly recommend not to go for Reliance. Raj
