Reliance telecom, earlier the most reliable telecom services is now disappointing the routine customers. Both reliance CDMA and GSM are in no competition in the telecom market.
Comparing to other network operators, Reliance has a bad network, Bad connectivity to Internet and the operator's services are too very slow. Now-a-days no one prefer reliance just because of there major drawbacks, else now also reliance can be trusted for having least call rates and internet packages.
The company is more involved in making money by generating the electricity rather than satisfying the customers with their telecom services.
