I was advised by many people to opt for Reliance when I bought my first mobile, and also I had seen many reviews about the service maximum being on the better side, finally I opted for reliance it worked all fine until reliance had called off all its 2G services and that meant that now the reliance users could only use 3G and this caused a mayhem in my budget. Where the 2G data packs used to cost about 15 for 3 days now 3G would cost 29 for 3 days and more over I would get very less amount of data but still the 3G service is great. Once I had some billing issues with reliance because they automaticcaly activated some VAS in my mobile which used to cost around Rs.45 per month and I had lost almost Rs.200 in the process because I was unaware of the VAS but afterwards they resolved everything and now I am happy with reliance.:-)
