Hopeless. Review on Reliance Mobile Operator

Since May 2003 under the Dhirubhai Ambani Pioneer Plan. To be fair their service has improved over the months. Reliance says their rate is 40 paise per minute. This is not so. You pay Rs 600 PM will get 400 min talk time. This works out to Rs 1.25 per minute.

This can be verified by the fact that, additional 400 Minutes costs Rs 500. ( Why can?t they give 400 Mins for Rs160 @ 0.4Rs per Minute??)The lesson is ''THE MORE YOU TALK-THE MORE YOU PAY!! WE WILL PENALISE YOU FOR TALKING MORE after three years tied-down time, you want to quit.

It is not possible, since cause it is not compatible with any other CDMA system. The lesson is ''ONCE A RELIANCE CUSTOMER-ALWAYS A RELIANCE CUSTOMER. OR THROW THE HANDSET AWAY!!!'' There are two options

1)Upfront payment of Rs.21000+[Deposit of 1000 (For ICLD)/2000 (For ICLD+STD) / 3000 (For ICLD+STD+ILD)] So total Rs.21000+Deposit

2)In finance scheme upfront payments of Rs.3000 and 12 Post dated cheque of Rs.1800 to be paid 3 monthly plus the deposit as above.

So total Rs .24600 + Deposit What you get is as below 1) 400 minutes of outgoing calls (15 SEC pulse) per month can be accumulated max up to 3 months. Incoming free . ICLD :- you can call any Reliance India mobile + Any landline number within the state (circle). No extra charges But you can not call any landline number outside the state STD:-ICLD + You can call any landline number outside the state. You will have to pay 55 % of BSNL charge in that. The charges will be deducted from the Deposit of Rs.2000.

Please note that you do not have to pay for the calls made to any phone either landline or other within state. ILD :-ICLD+STD+For International calls At last Reliance India Mobile has activated fro DEMO all the dealers are got there cute hand sets.

Now almost all public knows about the ??Reliance Dhirubhai Ambani Pioneer Offer?? I don?t want to go in depth about the scheme. Reliance market analysis has done properly there is only offer for the existing handset openers can exchange there sets with BSNL ISD calls Talk time Rs. 7,200/ how many customers need ISD calls, other then this Reliance should give some discount in there tariff plans. Rs. 3000/ Upfront payment for one-time club membership, this is non refundalble deposit, why this what the customer will get benfit with this membership.

Cities connected to Reliance list is not having with any Reliance service centres ( I called Hyderabad office and send request email to Mumbai Head office - No response) Reliance should set up at least min. 5 office should open in cities like Hyderabad. There is no clear information about the DHIRUBHAI AMBANI PIONEER OFFER when it closes ?? If this offer close no body allow to go for Reliance mobile. It is not like that some thing is coming freely !! and it close !! if we are not booking now !!! we are not missing any thing !! SO wait and see !!!!
