Why we shouldn't think that the RIM's offer for a post paid mobile connection for Rs. 500 is a fish catching ??? well they have played a big big drama with indian publich. Offerred a Digital Handset (?) for Rs. 500 and told us that STD/ISD is free. Without deposite. Well now whats the bad !!! each month whenever your unbilled amount goes above Rs. 500 they will send you a sms '' Dear customer your usgae is high. Please pay an interim amount of Rs......... to the nearest webworld within 2 days to enjoy the RIM services.
If you ignore this polite sms well your ISD and STD facility will be disconnected soon !!!! isn't it a type of AMBANI's Begging stlye ??? why they ask for payment of an interim amount on a post paid connection and even they can dare to disconnect your services even before the due date. They don't care for legal or consumers court or any kind of legal action. They are really bold LOOTARAS!! Bravo AMBANIS.
I only recieved an email from their harassing customer care center that for reactivation of my ISD facility I will need to pay a security deposite of Rs. 2000. Yes then can do it now cause the fish is in the trap.
And what their webworld are ??? well they are more a trap world??? each time if you have any query or your usage is high you will have to rush to this trap world to deposit the interim amount and to get the ticket number. AND believe me they will never care or didn't know what is a customer care meant for !!!
Well I don't thinks that RIm can make fool the customer for a life time .thats why it had failed to get response for its prepaid services, cause all knows that RIm is only a ''fish catching mobile service. You will have to pay the company each month Rs. 800 minium amount on a post paid connection.
Well, the best way is I wants to sugget all the customer is to USE AND THROW THE RELIANE INDIA MOBILE PHONE !!! if they dont' care for legal action or consumers court well then why we should have to fear of thier legal action for non paymnet of bill. So don't pay its bill and there is lots of things which you can prove in the court that the company had told a lie and cheated you so its not fair to pay the bill.
