Pathetic call quality and Internet speed. Review on Reliance Mobile Operator

I was a user of Reliance Mobile so I wanted to share my reviews or experience about this mobile operator. The reasons why I got disappointed are as follows:

1. The network coverage of this mobile operator is very poor. I got network only on selected areas, means I have to search where the network is available, in which part of my home or in which place of the city. It needs lots of improvement.

   
   




2. The call quality is very bad due to network problem. I did not hear the clear voices from the other side. it was like Hollywood movie scene where any kind of war is happening and you hear only some words and you have to guess other words.

   
   




3. The internet speed is pathetic, I did not understand the difference between 2G and 3G network, both were working same and slow. If they did not able to provide services, why they shout loud about blazing fast internet.

   
   




4. They also make me fool twice. I had around rupees 50 in my mobile account, one day I received a message that rupees 30 was deducted from my balance for any kind of Value added service. So I called Customer care and complaint about it but they told me that sir you activated this service from your own, I told them I did not do it but they adhere on the same thing. Truth was that if you did not recharge your card for more than two months they start doing this to you. This things happened to me twice.

   
   




5. Customer care should be renamed to customer harasser because they do not listen you they do not trust you. they will only tell you their own philosophy .

   
   

My suggestion is this please make good choice and do not go with Reliance.
