Very simple, just be a Reliance GSM subscriber, and you will enjoy every moment of your life. How? You just don’t need to do anything, once you purchase reliance GSM, Mr Ambani will take care of the rest. He will ensure that you get atleast 25 – 30 junk call every day, asking you to subscribe to some non sense pack of theirs. Once you get irritated, and call their customer care, it would be ensured that you realize your mistake of choosing reliance as your telecom partner.
Once you opt for DND service, the junk calls and messages would just double. Once again, you will be prompted to call their customer care, where you would be informed that “LEGALLY”, they still have 45 days to torture you. (DND service will be activated after 45 days of your request). Are you frustrated enough, just hang on, the best is yet to come.
Getting tired with their junk calls, you will not disconnect their call, and put it aside. Soon, after one minute, a sms will be sent to you thanking you for subscribing to some non sense pack of their (or you can say, for your kind contribution to the Ambani legacy). Shocked?? Pl wait… On calling their customer care, you would be made to believe that its you who should be contributing to their boss, small ambani, as he is 3rd richest in india, and still has a long way to go to cross his brother’s rank of 1st.
Even after week’s of dedicated efforts, you will not receive any response on mail, and the tele callers will just disconnect your call after listening to your issue.. Even complaining to the nodal officers wont work, because they must have already got their share of contribution..!! Sounds like a fairy tale, no.. Pl read the below communications sent to “n” number of people “n” number of times. I am still / and will continue to fight for my rights as a consumer, all those who are equally affected can help / join.
