I will like to tell the truth about CDMA & GSM Services of Reliance .
I will first start with CDMA & then will move on to GSM Services of Reliance .
what a customer needs is best services in network.but truly speaking reliance services are more than hell.plz don;t recommend it to anyone.otherwise you are wasting his money & patience .
just imagine, in the nite at around 2 a.m. u r receiving sms that callertune has been activated for ur number & that also reliance callertune.it's like next to suicide.this incident happened with me .
when I enquired about it the response I got from customer care is that I hv pressed "*" to copy the callertune at around 2 a.m. and truth is that by that time I was in deep sleep . Then how can I subscribe a callertune at 2 am !!
i have talked with customer care so many times but there was no satisfactory answer .
no action was taken from reliance customer care side .
even their executive managers were not able to answer properly .
the answer was totally absurd .
even they were not able to provide the details from which number the callertune was copied ?? how can they provide the details , when this didnt happened ?
finally I paid the bill to continue my services .

in my bill additional surcharges were made .
on making a call to call center, different answers were provided to me .
but how additional surcharges were made, even none of the customer care executive was able to answer .
company is just eating the money of the customers and nothing else they are doing .
can't a company be loyal to it's customers ??

I do have a facility in my vell phone to send a sms to 25 people at a time .
if I am sending sms to a particular number then there are chances that it will be received but if I am sending sms to many people then I am getting acknowledgement as "destination unreachable" but at the same time amount got deducted from my balance .
i enquired about it but the company is helpless to answer my query & also did't credited the amount which was deducted from my balance .
are they testing the patience of the customers ??

next incident about the network coverage.
reliance claim to be the no1 network in India.on what basis?even the other telecom operators does not know about that ??
plz for God sake, never even suggest reliance to ur enemy.worst network.
network coverage always get flapped .voice gets broken in between .

Let us talk about the Reliance GSM
what is the use of launching this service, no network coverage in any city...
even in mumbai, call gets disconnected every minute.
and if by chance call got connected then the voice quality is so poor that one will not be able to communicate with the other person.
in many cities no network coverage is their in the whole city for Reliance GSM services .And when you will make a call to GSM Services , you will listen an engaged tone for that number .
forget about the network coverage in villages .

whenever you will make a call to the customer care from GSM, it will never be picked up by them . why so , can anybody dare to answer it who claim to be the India's no 1 network .
finally people compromises with the services .

through this review I am trying to help people to know the reality about the Reliance Services .
I am fed up of both CDMA & GSM serives .
they are the worst service provider ever seen .no perfect coverage
the world is moving forward and their services are moving backward .
They are just wasting our time & money and also playing with our patience .
they are only cheating the customers .
if I am asked to rate their services , then they will be as followns
network coverage (-)100/100
network services (-)100/100
satisfaction (-)100/100
all are in negatives .
its my advice plz read my column before testing reliance services
i highly recommend that plz move to other network service provider rather than being humiliated everytime .
