Dear team., My caller tune was automatically changed on few. day's back so ask with customer care on that time they said without my knowledge it would not happend. I said just OK no issue just replace the same so ur people said 45rs for that, I said OK.after few days it was changed to some other song. I again raised the call and complaint the same they said the same but it not happend for 3weeks so I tried calling after 3 weeks my call can't connect to customer care it was bLocked.
Just I want to know what is support team if ur not able to do means u just say u(reliance) cannot do this we will go for some other good and supporting network.
I raised a call in head office Chennai they rectified my call connecting to customer care. It means just unblock. And caller tune issue will rectify in 48 hours but now 48days over. This is my business number I don't want to waste my time anymore. This is last chance it will happen or not?
