Reliance mobile service has certain strong points and some very negative points. Its network may work in areas where the network for Airtel or Vodafone may not be working properly. However it its signal is poor in some areas.
The schmes offered by them are attractive as it has always been a leader in offering schemes for the masses. It may be quite easy to get a new connection, but it is very difficult to suurender the same. The worst part is the Customer service . Many representatives do not know how to respond. Once you register a complain you get a complaint number.
The same will not be responded to promptly. You have to keep calling them. Then suddenly you receive a sms that the complaint has been closed and the problem has been resolved. Again you have to call them and tell them that the problem has not been resolved.
They again give you a complaint number. The same is resolved after much harrasment. The same happens when you want to surrender your connection. Even after payment of upto date dues and sending emails etc they keep sending you bills which is the worst part. All in all the operator need improvemnt in quite a few segments.
