Reliance is one of the biggest mobile operator in India. It also has good network coverage in most of the places. Recently I got its 3G sim and It said to provide free Facebook and whatsapp. basically free social apps.
But to my utter surprise it was not started as it promised. It had some issues with the websites. I was little dissapointed but I think it would be soon rectified and free social apps would be provided by the site.
