I recently bought a new handset (Nokia x) and ever since I put my Reliance 3G sim in it the internet is working only on 2G. I have put the sim on the correct slot and also have more than 1.5gb 3G data remaining.


Since 2 days I am trying to lodge a complaint and reach the customer care, but the lines are always busy. Any possible suggestion to make the 3G work on my phone?
