Reliance customer care and technical representatives are all use less. Once there is problem it will never get resolved. I faced this issue twice once with land line broadband connection and again with sim internet. Both the time once internet stopped working due to some technical reason which reliance ppl only knows, it never came up.
For Broadband connection I waited for almost 1 month to get it resolved, escalated it to all the available contacts still it never get solved and finally I got it disconnected. Now for my sim card I have waited for 10days and now I will go for some other n/w. Thanks to MNP. The worst part of reliance customer care people is they are not even ready to log a complain for this. They are saying they can not take any complain for this matter. I don't know how "no-working of internet " can't be taken as complain. Ridiculous.
