I am using Reliance Operator 7 months. It's Call cost and Internet service very expensive better than other mobile operator. But Reliance Operator has many problems.
Problems: -
1.Network Coverage Issue: - Reliance Network is not everywhere, so it is difficult to call and internet. The Reliance network is only in our amlagora. But there is no Reliance Network in the area around us.
2.Internet Balance Issue: - I always recharge 1 GB of data pack, but when I use only 600 MB only my internet balance is over. When I call customer care but they did not pick up my call.
3.Customer Care Problem: - 3 days ago I buy a new Reliance sim 151/- 1 GB/per day for 70 days. But the internet connection is very bad.
