Reliance is worst service provider in India. Coverage of Reliance is very poor.
Always I have to come on roads to get the network coverage.
Customer care support is also very poor. They not listen to customers and disconnects call if you ask them any questions.
In advertisement they are showing we are Indias lagest mobile operator and showing efficient packages but in real its all fake.
2G and 3G service is also very poor without any reason balance is deducted from account though if you are activated internet pack.
Reliance shows they having low call rates packs and internet packs but what is the use of that pack if you dont have a network to use the services.
As compare to other service providers in India. Reliance is at Bottom.
They need to do lot of improvement in Network and customer service.
My personal opinion is never use Reliance mobile operator service.
