First of all I believe Reliance because I have worked for them and admired their principle. I hope they will come up with customer friendly services. They believe in their strength.
I am a subscriber of Reliance India Mobile. It is like a replacement for a landline and mobile phone for family. Features are good, voice clarity is good, customer care now getting better, roaming facility is wonderful and services are really getting better as I experienced. So, More the Reliance number in your address book, cheaper is the bill.
One thing is sure that they are not going to offer anything at expense of revenue or incurring loss like other cell companies doing.
