A SINCERE REQUEST TO CUSTOMERS IN DELHI, DO NOT TAKE RELIANCE LG LSI-110 AS IT IS A SICK PHONE WITH VERY POOR NETWORK RECEPTION.
CHANGING THE DIRECTION OF THE PHONE FLUCTUATES THE NETWORK BANDS.
I have been facing very low coverage in my area from a very long time. I have repeatedly made complaints on the customer care but everytime they register a new complaint and say it will be solved very soon.
The voice quality of my phone is very poor and call drops are very frequent. I get fluctuating bands on my phone between 1 to 4 and sometimes it goes out of network also.
I have recently changed my old FWP i.e. the LSP 340E phone to a new LG LSI-110 cordless phone. In this phone the network is pathetic and the quality of voice is very very poor and I am not able to talk at all.
I dont know the reason why Reliance has inducted this phone when it has such a poor network reception, I have paid Rs. 1200 for this phone and am wanting to get the old phone back.
I am in the plan 1500, where I get 1750 free calls, in the last month also I could not complete my calls of Rs. 1575 as the calls could not complete or they had a very poor quality of voice. And may be I cannot complete it in this month too if the network reamins that poor.
The story is the same in Reliance Mobiles also. I had been promised a thousand times that a new network tower is going to be errected in your area and it has been 2 years , but no tower has come in..
