Last week I purchased Jio phone for my uncle and after using like 5 to 6 days it’s software got corrupted it switched off. And I think that it’s battery get discharged but when I plug the charger and try to power on the device It didn’t work and it stuckec at Jio logo after that I took this phone to Jio authorised service centre and they told me that it’s software is corrupted so we need to install a new software and then they have installed a new software on the phone. Now. It has been only three days again have the same issue and it is again stucked at Jio logo so I don’t think that this is a good deal for Rs.1500 because we know that 1500 is not too much amount but seriously money is earned by too much of hard work I don’t think that this phone deserve our hardwork cost.
Besides this the phone is really good there is no connectivity issue found on the phone and also the after sales service of Jio is very good, they fix the cell phones within an hour but what we do Of network when the phone is not working.
The first thing in Jio which disappoint me a lot.
