I bought this phone last year on diwaali on a offer and still I am using this phone as secondary phone. This phone has some good points to buy as a well as bad points. Good ones are like Affordable price with 4g conectivity, vLTE voice quialty.
Now lets talk about current problems that I m facing after using this phone for 1 year.
First is slow charging and fast battery draing issue. battery backup become very bad I need to charge it after 4, to 5 hours and it takes same time to get full charge.
second issue is slow processing when you try to open contact list or any other app phone get stuck on blank screen and you cannot do anything you will get stuck there the only option that I use at that time is remove battery and restart it. In conclusion you cannot make calls instantly by jio phone. you will need to remove battery first if its get stuck on contact app.
i will suggust to other costmors look on others options that are availbale in market.
