This product my dad bought just 1 month ago in December and it worth 1000 rupees. Well the product specification actually assures massive downloading speed and uploading speed but I would let you know the product is not able to give the speed not more than 50 kbps downloading speed. The worsted downloading and uploading speed it is actually providing to the users.
Even they assured a high quality video calls through this device but many a times I've called my sister residing in Pune, it just goes on connecting and if fortunately I get connected to the network, it shows blurry images in my area i.e. in my locality. My dad did purchased this device replacing the d-link modem with this jio fi due to reason it was giving best surfing, downloading and uploading speed and he decided this through the conversation with his friend. Even the fact is very often I have carried this device to my college and there it gave an amazing downloading speed. But entering into my locality it gives a feeling of No man's land. Due to the connectivity I thought to give this device a rating of 2/5.
But, the service providers of the device and service providers of sim jio is the worst ever, I called them, text them they not even bother to pick the calls. Its not happening with me even I had a small conversation with my friends and I came to know this problem is not limited to me but even every person in bairagarh, Bhopal is facing the same. No proper internet facility, No service or support. It is analogous to the quote HIGH SHOP, VAPID FOOD.
Just one better thing I found in this device that was battery system i.e. modem get turned off on electricity cut off but this device works over those conditions too.
Literally whatever be condition at the end of internet pack in the jio, I'll surely purchase the Air-tel over the end of internet pack. I haven't found any reliability from this product as now a days it is just a garbage for me. Actually the jio officials have be fooled the customers and snatched money. That's why it is a 1/5 rated product.
I am sorry for any harsh word used but actually the service have literally frustrated me to write it.
